Greg “Gig”
Garcia (Vocals,
Bass guitar, Keyboards):
Gig has performed and entertained audiences since the age of 6. Along with his touring and extensive session credits he has been a very successful commercial jingle writer and producer. He produced a PSA (Public Service Announcement) for the city of San Jose, which was awarded an Emmy. He has performed on albums that have been nominated for Grammies. Gig is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Science, (NARAS). His vocal delivery and incredible musical versatility has made him a world class artist.
Lare “Lucky”
Garcia (Vocals,
Guitars, Keyboards):
Lucky is a consummate artist who has
established himself as a premier performing and studio musician, record
producer, and is a professional recording engineer and graduate of the
prestigious Los Angeles Recording Workshop. He has performed on Grammy
nominated albums. Lucky’s punchy lead and background vocals gives the band just
the right kick. He is widely respected in Los Angeles, Seattle and the
San Francisco Bay area as a master guitarist.
Jimmy Grayberg (Vocals, Drums):
Jimmy started playing drums in New York at the age of 5. He
moved to Los Angeles, where he majored in music and began playing
professionally at the age of 15. He was a sought after studio player in
the L.A. scene doing sessions for the hit TV show, “Mad about you” and the
motion picture, “Look who’s talking”. Jimmy relocated to the
Sacramento area and began performing with the Garcia Brothers. He is the
driving beat behind the Garcia Brothers sound and his smooth lead and
background vocals, helps create their distinctive sound. Jimmy is also a
founding member of the award winning jazz group “Interplay”.
Dave Schuler
(Vocals, Keyboards):
Born in the frozen tundras of northern Wisconsin, Dave started playing
keyboards at age 9. His stylistic roots span multiple genres, including
jazz, rock, pop, country and classical. He’ll even admit to playing a few
polkas (Hey… he’s from Wisconsin). He cites Jimmy Smith, Keith Emerson,
Jan Hammer and Chick Corea as early influences. He began playing
professionally at age 15, and graduated from the University of Minnesota,
majoring in Music and Computer Engineering. His performing career has
found him in venues across the USA, Canada, Puerto Rico and as far away as
Beijing China, sharing the stage with artists as diverse as INXS, Randy
Brecker, Badfinger, the Replacements, the Guess Who, Billy Preston, The
Rembrandts and Wendy O Wilson.
